When you purchase a consulting or coaching package, we utilize a third-party payment processor to send invoices and to process and manage your payment. The third-party payment processor captures the necessary information to process the payment of an invoice. Transactions are fully secured and will be executed on the third-party payment program’s payment processing application. The appropriate payment transaction policies and privacy policies are found on the website of the third-party payment processor. No credit card information or personal information for processing invoice payments will be stored on the website of Stargazer Sleep Consulting. The current third-party payment processor is PayPal.
4. Online Client Intake Forms
We collect your name, child’s name, street address, city, state, province, postal code, email address, and phone number to obtain the history and current sleep health, mental health, and physical health information of you or your child, to best provide services for you. This information is obtained through a third-party data collection tool, MS Forms, and is emailed to you separate and apart from the website. This information is not linked to the website in any way. The information will only be used for performing the consulting services of Stargazer Sleep Consulting. The collected information will not be shared with any company or individuals outside of Stargazer Sleep Consulting.
5. Cookies
Cookies are pieces of information that a website transfers to an individual’s computer hard drive for record-keeping purposes.
